Delivery

 

All Henley Stoves Spare Parts are delivered within 5 to 7 working days** using our trusted partners UPS Couriers. Prior to shipping all items are rigorously checked to ensure that they are not damaged and packaged according to industry standard to facilitate safe delivery. Whilst every precaution is taken by us to ensure safe delivery of your item, sometimes our more fragile items such as glass and fire brick can get damaged in transit. Even though this is not the fault of Henley Stoves we will endeavour to ensure that you receive the item you ordered as soon as possible. Should you receive a product which has been damaged in transit please follow the procedure outlined under ‘Damaged Parts’ below.

 

**At Henley Stoves we endeavour to ensure that all items are delivered within 5 working days. From time to time some deliveries may get delayed in transit, we have no control over this.

 

Returns/Refunds

 

All spare parts can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Should you wish to return a spare part you must email sales@henleystoves.com and notify us of your intention to return your product and why. We will then issue you with a return number and you can follow the returns procedure outlined below. Note: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and must be in resalable condition. Failure to meet these requirements will lead to your refund being rejected.

 

Returns/Refunds Procedure

 

Should you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery you must follow these steps.

 

  1. Email Henley Stoves on sales@henleystoves.com and include the following information: Order Number, Name, Address, Reason for Return.
  2. Within 48 hours you will receive a Return number from us. Keep this as this will be your reference number when contacting us from this point on.
  3. Package the item in a safe and protected manner. Attach a document that includes your: Return Number, Name, Address.
  4. Ship to: Henley Stoves, Curaheen, Tralee, Co. Kerry V92 EH6H. (Note: Cost of returning your item must be covered by you.)
  5. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and must be in resalable condition. Failure to meet these requirements will lead to your refund being rejected.
  6. Once we receive your item it will be checked by our returns team.
  7. Provided that you have returned your item in accordance with the procedures outlined above you will be contacted by email to confirm if your return/refund has been approved.
  8. Refunds are made using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item.

 

Damaged Parts

 

All our spare parts are packaged according to industry standards to ensure safe transit when being delivered. Each item is checked prior to being packaged to ensure it is in full working order before being delivered. All our packages are delivered using our trusted partners DPD Couriers all information relating to their Terms & Conditions can be found here. Should you receive a product which has been damaged in transit please follow the procedure outlined below. Note: Parts damaged during installation/fitting will not be accepted by Henley Stoves and no refund/exchange will be approved.

 

Faulty/Damaged Parts Procedure

 

  1. Email Henley Stoves on Services@henleystoves.com and include the following information: Order Number, Name, Address, Photos of the item in the condition you received it.
  2. Within 48 hours you will receive a Return number from us. Keep this as this will be your reference number when contacting us from this point on.
  3. Package the item in a safe and protected manner. Attach a document that includes your: Return Number, Name, Address.
  4. We will arrange for your item to be collected by DPD Couriers.
  5. Once we receive your item it will be checked by our returns team.
  6. Provided that you have returned your item in accordance with the procedures outlined above you will be contacted by email to confirm if your replacement part has been approved and shipped.
